Profibus for smaller GPs at half price ?

  Pro-face have just released a new Profibus-DP module. This new module is half the price of the current Profibus module, which until now was only available for the larger GPs. This is a high performance module, running at up to 12 BPS and is fully compatible with the current Profibus drivers. This product is CE Marked and Profibus conformance OK. This new module connects directly with the GP270/370/377/37W2, but also connects to GP47x/57x via a bus converter module.
