Pro-face UK and Xycom: 1 company - 2 brands Following the Pro-face takeover of Xycom in 2001, Pro-face UK Ltd and Xycom Automation Ltd have operated as two separate business units in the UK, operating out of separate offices in Coventry and Northampton respectively. In order to maximise our effectiveness within the UK and European markets, from January 1st 2002 we completed the merger to become one company, trading as Pro-face UK Ltd. The Coventry office has become the Sales office and continues to handle technical support issues for Pro-face brand products. The Northampton office has become the Administration office, including accounts, and also continues to handle technical support issues for Xycom brand products. The Pro-face and Xycom distribution channels however, will remain unchanged, so please continue to deal with your current distributor according to product brand or in case of query contact us direct. To summarise: We are now one company, Pro-face UK Ltd, offering 2 brands, Pro-face and Xycom, still using the same two distribution channels.
